The beginnings

As the new Director of the Civil Service College I am pleased to note that I am joining an enterprise well along in development. Crucial work by the Portfolio of Civil Service and its service partner UCCI has set a strong foundation.

I am excited by what will come, and I hope you will help build the CICSC (affectionately pronounced KICKSY) into the world-class institution the Cayman Islands deserve.
